About this role
Anduril Industries seeks Mission Operations Engineers to manage customer deployments and drive success for advanced defense technology products. You'll orchestrate product deployments, build strategic customer partnerships, shape product development based on mission needs, and collaborate across teams to deliver cutting-edge defense solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead planning and deployment of Anduril products to support customer missions in the field
- Train end users and ensure high performance of deployed systems through ongoing engagement
- Build and maintain executive and operational customer relationships while meeting commercial growth targets
- Gather customer feedback on mission challenges and represent customer needs in product development discussions
- Coordinate across engineering, logistics, product, and technical operations teams to execute complex deployments
- Travel nationwide and internationally (up to 75%) to service and manage forward-deployed accounts
