What you'll do

  • Design and develop test plans, procedures, and automated test systems for aircraft components and systems
  • Validate test systems on production lines to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
  • Analyze test data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Perform root cause analysis on discrepancies and failures, implementing corrective and preventive actions
  • Maintain documentation of test procedures and results; prepare reports for stakeholders
  • Train production personnel on test equipment and procedures; provide cross-functional technical support
