About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Process Development Engineer to design and optimize manufacturing processes for defense systems in Ohio. You'll develop work instructions, optimize assembly and dispensing operations, and provide production support in a fast-paced environment, with an initial 6-month training period in Santa Ana, CA.

  • Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and lean manufacturing principles
  • Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and support new product introductions
