About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to design and optimize production processes for advanced turbine engines and precision components used in defense systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience solving manufacturing challenges in fast-paced environments and can manage projects from concept through production.
What you'll do
- Design and implement manufacturing processes for turbine engines and precision components
- Specify, design, and validate tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design manufacturability and DFx principles
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for defects and inefficiencies
- Develop manufacturing documentation including work instructions and quality control plans
- Train production teams and provide technical support for new processes and equipment
