About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the deployment and adoption of ProductionOS manufacturing software solutions. You'll work with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations, drive software adoption across the company, and bridge communication between users and developers in a defense technology environment.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement manufacturing software strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing software roadmap with business objectives
- Drive adoption of manufacturing software solutions and manage feedback loops between users and developers
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to maintain cutting-edge manufacturing processes
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of software standards and best practices
- Partner with manufacturing leadership to conceptualize solutions and gather requirements
