About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead production strategy for the Barracuda missile system, overseeing design-to-production transitions and scaling manufacturing capabilities. You'll collaborate with design and planning teams to optimize processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure quality across the entire manufacturing value chain.
What you'll do
- Execute manufacturing from prototyping through full-scale production of missile system products
- Drive design-for-manufacturability practices and support design-to-production transitions
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including MBOMs and work instructions
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on sourcing, capacity planning, and process implementation
- Develop production and test methodologies to scale manufacturing capabilities
- Travel to supplier and partner sites to resolve production issues and implement procedures
