What you'll do
- Deploy and support air defense systems globally, performing field maintenance and technical operations
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured field environments
- Train users on system operation and provide ongoing customer field support
- Conduct incident response root-cause analyses and implement preventive measures
- Communicate technical status and recommendations to internal teams and customers
- Maintain system performance, availability, and support documentation
What they're looking for
- Problem-solving in unstructured hardware/software/networking environments
- Tower climbing and installation of sensors, cameras, radars, and PTUs
- Mechanical troubleshooting of generators, solar power, and hydraulic systems
- Tower maintenance including guy wires, anchors, and lightning protection
- Network+ and Linux+ certification or equivalent
- Fiber and RF systems experience with antenna knowledge
- Power cable and RJ45 connector termination
- Logistics and operational planning
