About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Flight Test Engineer to plan and execute developmental and operational testing of Group 3 unmanned aerial systems. You'll work with a team to conduct rigorous T&E activities across US and international locations, supporting both civil and military approval schemes while ensuring performance and safety compliance.

What you'll do

  • Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of Group 3 UAS to verify performance and reliability
  • Deploy to remote test sites in the US and overseas to support trials and customer evaluations
  • Develop and execute focused test plans for internal and customer trials
  • Design and implement baseline safety plans to mitigate risks during testing activities
  • Provide progress reports and participate in weekly stand-ups with program leadership
  • Communicate effectively across teams and document test results thoroughly

  • Rotary-wing and fixed-wing aerodynamics and flight control systems

  • FAA Part 107 certification
