About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Field Service Engineer to deploy and maintain counter-intrusion defense systems globally. You'll provide technical support, conduct field maintenance, troubleshoot hardware/software/networking issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve products in real-world military environments.
What you'll do
- Deploy and support defense systems worldwide, including installation and maintenance of sensors, cameras, radars, and related equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured field conditions
- Perform preventative maintenance on tower infrastructure, generators, solar systems, and hydraulic equipment
- Conduct incident response root-cause analyses and implement preventive measures for defense systems
- Train users on product employment and provide technical guidance to account managers and engineering teams
- Maintain documentation and communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams
