About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an Embedded Linux Engineer to develop and maintain the operating system powering its robotics platforms deployed across land, sea, and air systems. You'll handle board bring-up, kernel customization, security hardening, and NixOS integration for embedded ARM systems.

What you'll do

  • Perform board bring-up and maintenance on embedded ARM boards including device trees, bootloaders, and kernel drivers
  • Customize vendor Board Support Packages for NixOS-based systems
  • Secure embedded Linux systems through vulnerability mitigation and patching
  • Support full software lifecycle from design through field testing and deployment
  • Triage and resolve vulnerability reports in system components
