About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an Electrical Sustainment Engineer to design and optimize ruggedized electronics for mission-critical defense systems. You'll own PCB and electrical system design for the Sentry family of autonomous detection platforms, scaling from prototype to full-rate production while ensuring reliability and manufacturability.

What you'll do

  • Lead electrical integration activities and serve as primary point of contact for electronics implementation
  • Design complete PCB solutions from requirements and schematics through layout, testing, and system integration
  • Perform hands-on prototype and production support, including field troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with mechanical and software teams to optimize component selection for power, size, weight, and EMC requirements
  • Develop comprehensive design documentation including specifications, test plans, and validation reports
  • Balance concurrent projects in fast-paced environment supporting new development and active deployments
