About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an Electrical Engineer to design and develop sophisticated test automation platforms for high-volume manufacturing of defense systems. You'll create custom circuits, PCBA designs, and data acquisition systems that validate products to stringent quality standards, working cross-functionally with firmware and design teams to solve complex testing challenges.
What you'll do
- Design schematics and circuits for test automation platforms integrated into production systems
- Create and source PCB assemblies ranging from FPGA-based data acquisition boards to MCU interfaces and harnesses
- Architect test fixtures incorporating custom designs with commercial and internal data acquisition equipment
- Develop and maintain internal libraries of test circuits, applying design-for-manufacturability and design-for-test expertise
- Debug, bring up, and characterize circuits across low-speed interfaces (I2C, SPI, CAN) and high-speed signals (RF, memory, USB)
- Manage designs through PDM systems following formal component design and release processes
