What you'll do
- Lead interdisciplinary teams across software, hardware, robotics, and testing to develop integrated autonomous systems
- Define system architecture and establish technical standards for major defense projects
- Conduct root cause analysis of failures and coordinate resolution across engineering teams
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development
- Serve as technical subject matter expert for customer engagement and on-site support
- Travel up to 25% to conduct testing, integration, and deployment at test ranges and customer sites
