About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Chief Engineer to lead technical development of the Fury unmanned aircraft program, managing design evolution from conceptual stages through prototype testing and manufacturing. What you'll do

- Develop requirements, design review criteria, and conduct operational analysis to validate system effectiveness
- Build and recruit technical teams around business opportunities while managing budgets, schedules, and staffing estimates
- Interface with customers to define capabilities, employment concepts, and alternate configurations
