About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Business Operations Engineer to build data-driven operational software solutions that accelerate production and deployment of advanced defense systems. You'll develop infrastructure for test data management, fleet monitoring, and manufacturing scaling while working across engineering, operations, and analytics teams.

What you'll do

  • Design and build test data infrastructure with Flight Test and Engineering teams
  • Architect fleet management systems to monitor aircraft operational performance and reliability
  • Create production tools and metrics to scale manufacturing from prototypes to thousands of units
  • Embed with engineers to identify workflow bottlenecks and critical problems
  • Develop data-driven operational applications and iterate with end users
  • Collaborate with corporate Analytics team to expand data systems across the company
