About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to own the design and deployment of AI agents and automation tools across their talent acquisition function. You'll build systems that solve real recruiting challenges—from sourcing to scheduling—while managing the AI/automation roadmap, conducting build-vs.-buy evaluations, and embedding safety and compliance practices.

What you'll do

  • Build and ship AI agents and automations that improve recruiting efficiency, sourcing, screening, and candidate pipeline operations
  • Own the TA AI and automation roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, stakeholder communication, and progress tracking
  • Lead build-vs.-buy assessments evaluating vendors, internal platforms, and custom solutions against scalability, cost, safety, and compliance
  • Partner with Corporate Technology to align AI solutions with company infrastructure, security posture, and model access
  • Define success metrics and instrument monitoring for shipped systems to track adoption, time saved, quality, and cost impact
  • Drive AI literacy across the recruiting organization through training, documentation, and best practice sharing
