About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to lead the design and deployment of AI agents and automation tools across its talent acquisition function. You'll own the TA AI/automation roadmap, build systems that measurably improve recruiting efficiency, and ensure compliance and safety in a regulated defense environment.
What you'll do
- Build and ship AI agents and automations that solve recruiting challenges (sourcing, screening, outreach, scheduling, reporting) with measurable ROI
- Own the TA AI and automation roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, sequencing, and stakeholder communication
- Conduct rigorous build-vs.-buy assessments for AI/automation solutions, evaluating vendors and custom builds on scalability, cost, compliance, and maintainability
- Partner with Corporate Technology to align solutions with company AI infrastructure, security standards, and model access
- Drive baseline AI literacy across the recruiting organization through training, documentation, and best practice guidance
- Define success metrics for deployed systems and manage the safety, compliance, and governance posture including PII handling and ITAR/CUI considerations
