About this role
Alliance North America seeks a Process Engineer II in Spartanburg, SC to develop and optimize assembly processes for power generators, hybrid energy systems, and compressors. This fully onsite role focuses on process launch, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with industrial engineering.
What you'll do
- Develop and launch assembly processes for generators, hybrid power systems, and compressors
- Execute post-launch process optimization and efficiency improvements
- Improve bill of materials (BOM) and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Collaborate with Industrial Engineering team on process enhancements
- Monitor and maintain process quality and compliance standards
- Document and implement manufacturing best practices
