About this role
Alliance North America seeks an Electrical Compliance Engineer to lead certification and compliance efforts for industrial hybrid energy systems while supporting electrical and system design for next-generation power generation products. What you'll do
- Lead compliance and certification initiatives for hybrid energy systems and related products
- Perform physical testing and validation of high-voltage battery packs and power systems
- Assist in electrical and system design for next-generation hybrid power generation solutions
- Ensure products meet regulatory frameworks and industry standards
- Bridge communication between engineering teams and compliance requirements
- Support product architecture for compliance from initial design phase
