About this role
ALTEN Technology USA seeks an experienced Technical Support Engineer to resolve complex product issues in the heavy-duty truck industry. The role requires advanced diagnostic expertise, leadership capabilities, and direct collaboration with dealers and customers to drive root cause analysis and implement solutions.
What you'll do
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex vehicle system issues using diagnostic tools
- Perform root cause analysis for product quality concerns and implement containment actions
- Support dealers and customers through direct engagement, including onsite visits when needed
- Deliver technical training and guidance to customer support personnel and stakeholders
- Monitor corrective solutions and validate their effectiveness in the field
- Coach and mentor junior team members while managing complex technical cases independently
