About this role

What you'll do
- Lead or drive packaging, engineering design, release, and launch of exterior vehicle components
- Design exterior systems with focus on quality, reliability, functionality, mass, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional studio and vehicle engineering teams on integrated solutions
- Develop and employ advanced engineering tools and innovative approaches for systems development
- Work on components including trim, mechanisms, glazing, mirrors, and aero features
