This fast-paced role involves managing vendor relationships, overseeing quality and fit standards, and optimizing the speed-to-market pipeline for elevated studio-to-street styles.

What you'll do

  • Lead garment development lifecycle ensuring quality, fit, and construction standards are met
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate costs and timelines, and allocate style-level production
  • Collaborate with design, technical, and production teams on prototype-to-final product integrity
  • Maintain PLM system documentation including style pages, bills of material, and cost sheets
  • Analyze costing data and reporting to achieve margin targets
  • Attend fit sessions and manage seasonal work-in-progress inventory
