About this role

AllSpice is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive technical sales and customer success for their hardware collaboration platform. You'll conduct discovery sessions, deliver product demos, manage proof-of-concept evaluations, and create technical enablement materials for electronics engineering teams.

What you'll do

  • Run technical discovery sessions with prospects to identify pain points and workflow inefficiencies
  • Deliver product demos and technical presentations to customers and executives
  • Design and manage proof-of-value plans and trial evaluations
  • Travel up to 20% for conferences, trade shows, and customer visits
  • Train sales and GTM teams on product knowledge and technical personas
  • Create reusable demo environments, guides, and technical sales assets
