About this role

AllSpice is seeking a CX Engineer to drive customer adoption of their hardware collaboration platform. You'll lead technical onboarding, guide engineering teams through ECAD workflows and Git-based practices, and identify expansion opportunities within accounts while working closely with product and sales leadership.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical onboarding and deployment of AllSpice for electrical engineering teams
  • Train customers on collaborative design reviews, ECAD project imports, and Git-based workflows
  • Serve as primary technical advisor for platform integration and development process optimization
  • Identify and support expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to ECAD files, repositories, and integrations
  • Create documentation, playbooks, and enablement resources to scale customer usage
