About this role
Allen Control Systems, a defense startup developing autonomous gun turrets, seeks a Chief Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical engineering strategy and execution for complex electromechanical systems. - Establish engineering processes, design reviews, and documentation standards to support rapid development
- Partner with product, operations, and leadership to align engineering efforts with company objectives
