Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Solutions Engineering

About this role

Join Aircall's Forward Deployed Engineering team to design and deliver AI-powered automation solutions for customers, bridging technical implementation with real-world business outcomes. You'll work cross-functionally to integrate AI Agents with customer systems, drive adoption, and help scale Aircall's platform impact across SMB workflows.

What you'll do

• Design and implement low-code AI workflows connecting Aircall's AI Agent with customer CRMs, help desks, and communication platforms
• Own end-to-end delivery of technically sound solutions, ensuring measurable customer impact and successful deployments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success teams
• Drive team upskilling and build reusable frameworks to improve deployment efficiency at scale
• Translate customer challenges into scalable technical solutions and gather feedback to refine the platform
• Lead initiatives that accelerate AI adoption and operationalize workflows for production use
