About this role

Join Aircall's Forward Deployed Engineering team to deliver AI-powered automation solutions to enterprise customers. You'll design and implement low-code workflows that integrate AI agents with business tools, working cross-functionally to drive customer impact and platform adoption at scale.

  • Design and deploy end-to-end AI Agent workflows integrated with customer CRMs, helpdesks, and communication platforms

  • Refine platform capabilities by gathering customer feedback and partnering with engineering teams
