About this role
Vindexa seeks a founding engineer to build the technical foundation for an AI-powered compliance platform serving the clean energy industry. You'll own architecture and codebase while working closely with the CEO to automate prevailing wage and apprenticeship verification for renewable energy developers seeking IRA tax credits.
What you'll do
- Make architectural decisions and establish engineering standards for the platform
- Develop and maintain AI-powered compliance workflows and verification systems
- Build integrations with certified payroll data and DOL wage determination systems
- Own the codebase and technical roadmap as the first engineering hire
- Work directly with the CEO on product development and technical strategy
- Scale engineering practices as the team grows
