About this role

AGE Solutions seeks a Cloud Storage Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain secure hybrid cloud and on-premises storage infrastructure for U.S. government and defense missions. The role combines storage architecture, disaster recovery operations, and DoD security compliance to support mission-critical systems across multiple federal locations.

What you'll do

  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise storage infrastructure including arrays, SAN components, and data protection solutions
  • Plan and execute disaster recovery failover activities with documentation and post-failover verification
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement security hardening aligned with DoD STIG and IASE policies
  • Perform capacity planning, utilization assessments, and storage performance optimization
  • Manage security compliance activities including audits, POA&M development, and PKI certificate lifecycle management
  • Evaluate emerging storage technologies and provide recommendations for infrastructure optimization
