About this role
AXS is hiring a Product Developer in Charlotte to build full-stack, AI-integrated applications for their ticketing and fan engagement platform. You'll work across frontend, backend, and AI systems to create intelligent products that connect fans with live entertainment experiences.
What you'll do
- Design and develop full-stack applications from concept through production deployment
- Integrate AI capabilities like LLMs, vector search, and automation pipelines into product features
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define features, UX, and system behavior
- Build scalable backend systems using API-first and event-driven architecture patterns
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven features
- Contribute to product strategy and evaluate third-party AI tools and infrastructure

- Full-stack development (React/Next.js frontend, Node.js/Python/PHP backend)
- REST and GraphQL API design
- AI API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
- Data modeling and system design
- Production application shipping experience
