About this role
AEG seeks a Facility Engineer for L.A. LIVE, a major downtown Los Angeles entertainment complex, to operate and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across multiple venues. The role involves equipment repairs, system inspections, and supporting large-scale events in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Repair and maintain boilers, chillers, compressors, and refrigeration equipment
- Inspect and service mechanical, HVAC, electrical, piping, and plumbing systems
- Perform repairs on fixtures including toilets, lights, and other building components
- Assist with event setup and preparation
- Ensure all work complies with state, county, and city codes and ordinances
- Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
