About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks an experienced Agile Coach to guide federal technology teams in delivering successful projects using lean and agile methodologies. What you'll do
- Guide agile teams in applying lean and agile principles to meet delivery and contract goals
- Plan and facilitate agile ceremonies and events that drive team engagement and value
- Coach teams on user story definition, backlog prioritization, estimation, and product management practices
- Establish work visibility through metrics, charts, and reports; identify and help resolve risks and impediments
- Design and deliver agile training across multiple frameworks and disciplines
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve testing, integration, and deployment processes
