About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks a Pega Senior System Architect to design and build enterprise Pega applications for federal government clients. You'll translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, collaborate across teams, and ensure high-quality deployments while mentoring junior developers.
What you'll do
- Design and configure Pega Platform applications meeting complex business and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs
- Develop application components including data models, workflows, case structures, and integrations
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on code integration and deployment
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure solutions are performant, scalable, and secure
- Provide mentoring and technical documentation to support team and knowledge transfer
