About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks an experienced IAM Engineer to support enterprise identity management in a DoD environment. The role combines hands-on administration and engineering of IAM solutions while ensuring compliance with ICAM and Zero Trust frameworks.

What you'll do

  • Administer identity lifecycle management (JML), role-based access control (RBAC), and access certifications
  • Implement and maintain single sign-on (SSO), federation, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions
  • Deploy and operate privileged access management (PAM) controls including vaulting and session monitoring
  • Integrate IAM platforms with directories and applications; troubleshoot access issues
  • Support ICAM and Zero Trust compliance requirements
  • Engineer identity protocols and authentication mechanisms (SAML, OAuth2/OIDC, CAC/PIV)
