What you'll do
- Perform OS and ServiceNow upgrades and patches to maintain platform stability
- Manage all system resources in AWS government cloud environment
- Administer ServiceNow application servers and MID servers
- Oversee application load balancers and database infrastructure
- Maintain external system connections and integrations
- Support self-hosted ServiceNow implementation operations
