About this role
3Y Health is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to design and build AI agents for healthcare administration. You'll lead end-to-end development of agentic workflows, drive cross-functional collaboration, and shape the company's AI strategy while working in-person in San Francisco.
What you'll do
- Lead development of AI Agents leveraging existing and new services
- Improve products iteratively using data analysis, A/B testing, and user experience optimization
- Translate AI challenges into engineering strategies with appropriate model selection and rigorous evaluation
- Drive innovation by creating 0→1 solutions and exploring new AI opportunities
- Contribute to long-term AI vision and roadmap across the company
- Partner with cross-functional teams in sales, operations, marketing, recruiting, and product
