About this role
Harvey seeks an experienced in-house lawyer to serve as a Legal Engineer, bridging customers, sales, and product teams. You'll partner with corporate legal departments to understand their workflows, demonstrate AI-powered solutions, and guide product development that transforms how legal teams work.
What you'll do
- Conduct discovery with in-house legal teams to identify pain points and recommend Harvey solutions
- Translate customer feedback and legal workflow insights into product direction
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape the roadmap
- Build and refine product demonstrations tailored to corporate legal workflows
- Serve as voice of the customer, ensuring AI capabilities are trusted and adopted
- Lead strategic customer conversations and product workshops
