About this role

Hadrian seeks a Senior NDT Engineer (Level III) to lead its nondestructive testing program in Los Angeles, providing technical authority and oversight for aerospace and defense manufacturing. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, manages procedure development, and mentors junior personnel while supporting mission-critical production.

What you'll do

  • Develop, review, and approve NDT procedures and technique sheets aligned with codes, standards, and customer requirements
  • Oversee program governance including revision control, configuration management, and personnel qualification tracking
  • Maintain calibration systems, equipment traceability, and certification compliance
  • Lead audit readiness efforts and represent NDT program during internal and external audits
  • Provide technical review, complex inspection support, and mentorship to Level I and II NDT personnel
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the NDT program
