About this role
Hadrian seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to oversee construction execution for autonomous factory facilities serving aerospace and defense. You'll act as the owner's representative on-site, driving schedule adherence, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring built facilities align with production requirements while managing costs and timelines.
What you'll do
- Serve as day-to-day owner's representative overseeing general contractors and subcontractors on active construction sites
- Own near-term lookahead planning, critical path awareness, and schedule recovery strategies
- Intake and translate engineering facility requirements into construction execution while pushing back on unnecessary complexity
- Manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and change orders using Procore and Bluebeam
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructability and sequencing feedback
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover documentation for regulated environments
