About this role
Gotion Inc. seeks a Solutions Engineer to provide technical pre- and post-sales support for energy storage systems (ESS), managing customer engagements, coordinating with R&D and product teams, and driving design wins for utility-scale and commercial projects.
What you'll do
- Deliver pre-sales technical support and documentation for ESS customer accounts to ensure quality designs and minimize post-sales issues
- Manage technical account engagements across the sales lifecycle, developing design, installation, and operational plans
- Support utility-scale and commercial ESS projects with customized design solutions to optimize customer costs
- Provide feedback to R&D and Product Management on technical issues and lead development of training materials and best practices
- Coordinate field testing and hardware/software feedback collection for new products
- Collaborate with customers on ESS system applications and evaluate balance-of-system partners and EPC providers
