About this role
Gotion Inc. seeks an experienced HVAC & Utilities Engineer/Supervisor to manage industrial climate control systems at their new lithium battery manufacturing facility in Illinois. This hands-on role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex HVAC equipment while eventually leading a team of technicians.
What you'll do
- Operate and maintain industrial HVAC systems including air handling units, dehumidification systems, and chilled water systems
- Perform daily inspections and develop preventive maintenance plans for HVAC equipment
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment failures and abnormal operating conditions
- Support equipment commissioning, start-up, and system optimization to ensure manufacturing process reliability
- Develop and improve HVAC maintenance standards, procedures, and documentation
- Supervise and mentor HVAC technicians and engineers

Benefits
