About this role

Lead battery product development and customer relationships from initial inquiry through production ramp-up at Gotion's Illinois facility. This role bridges customer needs with internal engineering teams to deliver high-performance EV and energy storage battery solutions on time, within budget, and to specification.

What you'll do

  • Manage complete product lifecycle from RFI/RFQ through six months post-production
  • Serve as primary customer interface, capturing technical requirements and commercial terms
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, production, quality, and delivery
  • Lead contract negotiations and purchase order processes with sales support
  • Analyze product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement actions
  • Support project management and RFI/RFQ response activities
