About this role
Glide, a fintech platform serving community banks and credit unions, is seeking its first Talent Engineer to build scalable recruiting systems that can support rapid team growth from current headcount to 100+ people. This hybrid recruiter-engineer role focuses on designing and automating the entire hiring pipeline using tools, custom scripts, and AI to source, screen, and close top talent efficiently.
What you'll do
- Build systems to leverage employee and investor networks for sourcing through LinkedIn, GitHub, and referral graphs
- Set up and optimize outreach automation sequences using tools like Juicebox, Clay, and Ashby
- Design LLM-assisted screening and candidate scoring logic to filter for fit at scale
- Integrate Ashby ATS with sourcing, scheduling, and communication systems to automate workflow
- Create dashboards and track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source quality, offer-accept rates)
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, setting the tone for company culture and excitement
