About this role
Glean seeks a Software Engineer to develop cutting-edge AI security and data governance solutions for their Work AI platform. You'll own greenfield features end-to-end, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to build scalable, secure systems trusted by enterprise customers.

- Lead greenfield features from conception through implementation, testing, and launch
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
