About this role
Join Glean's founding forward deployed engineering team to discover and build next-generation AI products by working directly with enterprise C-suite executives and internal teams. You'll operate with founder-level autonomy to identify unsolved business problems and ship entirely new product surfaces that scale globally across Glean's customer base.
What you'll do
- Conduct deep discovery with enterprise customers to identify structural business problems and opportunities
- Design and build new product surfaces from 0-to-1 with full ownership and accountability
- Partner with forward deployed PMs to pressure-test hypotheses directly with customer stakeholders
- Ship products that become available to all Glean customers worldwide
- Balance rapid prototyping with enterprise-grade quality and security standards
- Operate autonomously while collaborating with engineering and product teams
