About this role
Constructor is hiring a Full Stack Engineer for the Searchandizing team to build and maintain dashboard tools that help e-commerce merchandisers optimize product discovery. You'll own features end-to-end, collaborating with PMs and designers to ship impactful solutions for global brands like Sephora and Petco.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain the Searchandizing dashboard using React and TypeScript
- Build backend services in Python to support merchandiser tools and workflows
- Own projects from conception through production deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering managers on feature prioritization
- Implement testing, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure production reliability
- Iterate on usability improvements based on user feedback and metrics
