About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineer for their Air Defense team to own end-to-end technical delivery of complex, fielded military systems. You'll lead requirements capture, system integration, and cross-functional coordination to ensure deployed solutions meet customer needs across diverse configurations and operational environments.
What you'll do
- Lead capture and definition of requirements and capabilities for system integrations
- Direct integration of new products into the air defense family of systems, managing hardware and software solutions
- Decompose requirements across cross-functional teams and define success metrics in uncertain contexts
- Scope system architecture, validate performance, and ensure deployed systems meet customer requirements
- Identify and resolve problems across system boundaries to achieve mission-critical outcomes
- Travel to customer sites (up to 75%) to support deployment and integration activities

- Linux command-line proficiency
